The instructions call for the wiring harness on the firewall behind the throttle body to be re-routed under the throttle linkage. The thick corrugated plastic wire loom our finger is on is the one we're talking about. The smooth wire in front of it is the accelerator cable. The loom has to be disconnected from the firewall (there is a push-in fastener that holds it up). The bundle of corrugated looms below the accelerator cable is the last eight inches of the passenger side spark plug wires.
