The K&N baseplate comes with crank case ventilation embossed in, and a bolt-on plastic bung that attaches to the hose from the valve. The actual holes need to drilled, though. Be sure after drilling to de-burr the holes, and be absolutely certain to clean any small shavings away so they don't get sucked into your engine.
