In our May 2005 issue, we did an in-depth article on how to restore rallye gauges. But now our aged woodgrain bezel was really showing its age. Luckily for us-and you guys-Whitegauges.net has come out with a simple-to-apply and good-looking alternative.

The kit we are using is a pre-cut and printed resurfacing kit for '68-'70 B-Bodies made from a high-quality vinyl plastic that is resistant to the effects of the sun, and normal wear and tear. What's more, if you are planning a modernized interior, you can even get it in carbon fiber or a dark oak with a burl wood effect. The kit comes complete with all the necessary pieces needed to cover the gauge cluster, radio bezel, passenger-side dash, and the two smaller end cap pieces. They have also recently made available the console wood for an automatic console.

Not only do they carry B-Body coverings, but you can get dash and console coverings for rallye- and non-rallye-equipped E-Bodies; a '70-'74 Dart/Demon kit is also available.

Woodgrain dashes were an option that decorated many a Mopar, and now you can make your woodgrain look new again, thanks to whitegauges.net.
